Know India…… A camp activity of Athak Cheshta

‘KNOW INDIA’ is a unique movement for school, university students and adults. This chapter of Athak Cheshta has been set up with the purpose of enriching students with Indian Art and Culture.
Our aim is to conduct ‘Fun and learn’ camp for 7/6/5 days in various parts of India to expose national and international students to the rich heritage and diverse culture of India. In order to give the campers a holistic view of exotic state of India the camps will contain the following activities:

• Folk Dance
• Folk Drama
• Folk Games
• Folk Painting
• Folk Handicraft
• Village Study & Social Service
• Local Sight Seeing

These activities are conducted and taught by various local experts of Indian art and culture. The campers learn all these above activities with a ‘hands on’ approach. They also present it to an audience on the final day of the camp.

All these activities are planned in such a manner that campers enjoy, learn and appreciate the beauty and diversity of India. Know India has a professional team to teach all the above mentioned activities to the campers.

Know India assures to provide clean, hygienic and excellent accommodation/food to ensure the comfort and convenience of the campers.
Know India also has doctors available at all times on call to the campers for any unlikely situations.
